Yeah the 720 was done on the machine. I can usually do more but my legs were sore after the presses.

Thanks man! Legs are a strong point of mine. When Im training I love punishing them although they are the last thing to get shredded come contest time. I guess its all in the genetics.

Good luck training for your first show!
Im running T3 for only 4 weeks because my body seems doesnt seem to respond for anything longer with this compound. Plus I dont want to do any permanent damage to my thyroid.

Day 4 - Training
Current Weight - 212.0 lbs. (-5.5 lbs.)
This morning I hit shoulders;
Hammer Strength Military Press:
90 x 20
180 x 12
270 x 8
360 x 4
Reverse Pec Dec Flyes:
100 x 20
130 X 15
160 X 10
190 X 8
Dumbbell Side Laterals:
25 x 15
30 x 10
35 x 10
45 x 8
Dumbbell Front Raises:
25 x 15
30 x 10
35 x 10
45 x 6
Dumbbell Shrugs:
115 x 15
140 x 10
145 x 8
160 x 8
Immediately following my workout I did 20 minutes of cardio. Legs were a little sore but managed to push through it. Overall I found that my strength was somewhat down today as my shoulder workout progressed. Most likely due to the low carbs.

I cant wait to run tren. Ive ran it before with great results. I have to say its my favourite compund. I find my strength and focus definitely go up. The only thing that I find a problem is that I get agitated rather quickly on it but Ive learned to deal with it.

Forfeit the game before I take you out of the frame and put your name to shame. Cover up your face, you cant run the race, the pace is too fast, you just wont last.

We split for a couple of months but eventually got back together. She did a complete 180 in terms of attitude. Right now she totally stands by me with this. Last night she even said that if I bitch out and dont do this show she will be pissed.
