    How much Green tea extract a day with EC?

    I'm currently on the EC stack and heard green tea extract is a great add on. I looked around on the forum and found people saying Primaforce Lean Green is one of the good ones, How much of it do I take a day? Do I take it the same 3 times as the EC? (I heard 1000mg once but didn't know if that was in a day or does or what). Anyone?

    The amount I recommend is 1000mgs which is roughly 2 or 3 pills.

    Green tea adds to the fat oxidation and it's natural.

    Aaron do you mean 1000mg a day? or per serving? how many servings do you take a day? (i got the lean green ones off bodybuilding, they are 500mg I believe)

    Just found out it's 500mg's per pill.

    Take 1000mg's before a work out, then take 1 pill with each dose after that.

    Ok so just to make sure, 2 pills (1000mg) before my first workout, and then 1 pill 2 more times a day with my other 2 EC doses? (Also I do most of my lifiting at night and cardio early in the morning, some days I do low intensity cardio in the morning and lifting at night, any suggestions as to which workout deserves the 1000?)

    I would say, if you work out twice, take 1000 mg's twice before each work out

    Pardon the newb but Im about the start an EC stack and isnt that a bit too much. This is like 2000 mg of green tea daily. Can it have averse effects at this level? Wouldnt 1 pill (500mg) a day be enough?

    you should not see adverse effects at that dose, but you can certainly use a lower one.
