    Question eating/taking supplements after workout

    i was just wondering what supplements or food products should be taken straight after a workout.. ?

    Some type of Whey Isolate. Whey protein powder is the most popular and most convenient.

    Try to get at least 30g of protein immediately after your workout, 15-20mins. Then an hour after that, have a decent meal with protein and simple carbs.

    Muscles grow from a proper diet and rest, not in the gym.

    there the opposite from complex carbs such as fruits and yougurts etc
