Help!! Female Oxandrin Diet Critiquing
I am a 24 year old female. I am 5"4 and just weighed myself at 121 with 16% body fat. I am very active. I need help critiquing a perfect diet on 10 mg Oxandrin (Anavar). The Oxandrin is pharmacy purchased and is the real thing! It would be helpful to know how much protein, carbs, and fat I should be taking in and what would be a suitable diet. Also, on days that I dont do cardio, it would be helpful to know if I drop the amount of carbs.
In addition to that, as far as creatine goes... what would be the right amount for me to use while on this cycle? And what do you think of taking NO2?
I also enjoy taking spinning classes. How much cardio is too much? How much cardio would be appropriate without burning muscle mass?
Any input would be appreciated!!! Thank you

I suggest you research more on the topic of anabolics. Id never recommend them to any woman who isnt going to step onstage or compete in some other sport. The side effects are just not worth it. (Yes i have seen women with irreversible deep voice changes from taking just 5-10 mg oxandrolone daily, as well as clitoral enlargement).
Using oxandrolone will not compensate for the gaps you have in your diet or training. Besides you absolutely do not need to be using steroids to achieve your goals.

Not being a dick but you should already have your diet in check even before jumping into a cycle.

It all depends on your goals......are you trying to add lean mass or drop bodyfat?

your diet should be the exact same that it already was unless you are trying to bulk up

if you dont compete then you shouldnt have to treat your diet like it is a science because it really isnt.....just eat healthy, get plenty of vegies, fruits, and some meats

My diet thus far
I am trying to gain lean mass and get rid of some body fat. My diet for the most part looks like this:
Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal
shake 2 scoops whey protein (I use Irontek Micellar protein for all shakes)
1 tbsp of natural pb
Meal 2: (pre workout)
Shake 2 scoops whey, 5g creatine, serv of glutamine
Slow digesting carb (either add oats to shake or sweet potato etc)
Meal 3: (post workout)
Shake 2 scoops, creatine, glutamine
fast digesting carb.... usually half a bagel
Meal 4:
4-6 oz of chicken
1/2 avocado
1/2 sweet potato
Meal 5:
4 oz ground buff or chix
spinach
Meal 6:
shake 2 scoops whey
1 tbsp flax oil
I am very good with eating healthy its the portions I dont have down to a science. So i know your not being a dick.... I just want to make sure I am not eating too less or much of something!
I am 24, 5'4, 121 lbs., and 16% body fat. Any help on this would be appreciated!

Youre eating too much whey, you should never use powders when whole foods are possible.
Gaining lean mass WHILE losing bodyfat is an almost impossible task... youre asking your body to do two completely different things. You need to be in a caloric deficit in order to lose weight, yet you need to be in caloric surplus in order to gain muscle mass... so I think you should decide WHAT youre wanting to do... Whenever I diet for shows, burning fat is my main goal, and preserving the lean mass I have being the second...
I dont ever mix fats with carbs at the same meal... if youre eating both, and your body only needs to replenish its glycogen stores, which it will from the carbs, and you have this fat left over (which your body doesnt need to use for energy b/c youre also eating carbs) it is likely that it will just be converted into fat...
And I agree with EVERYONE else who has posted on here that you shouldnt be using Anavar... but you already are, and plus- what do we know, right?

healthy fats with carbs can blunt insulin release. i personally would never eat a meal with say oatmeal or whole wheat bread without 1-2 servings of healthy fats like natural peanut butter or almond butter.

Nice post
Personally, its too many calories for me regardless of whether or not it blunts insulin release... I find that most bbers choose low GI carbs anyway (so insulin spike isnt huge) OR they choose high GI carbs post w/o FOR the insuline spike!
My metabolism is SLLLOOOOW and combining the two usually ends up with fat gain!!!

true true...i guess my rule only applies to those who want to hover in the single digits naturally. most people will be fine as long as they choose low GI carbs.
sorry for ur metabolism...i feel ur pain. im some kind of weird ecto/endo...my bones are small as hell, i have trouble putting on muscle yet i put on adipose quick unless my diet is perfect. sux

I think too much whey and I would suggest to you eat carbs after (or before-its up 2 u) workout, and carbs eat 1 time a day
eat more good fat-salmon,trout (or just take a sip of moega 3 oil)
eat grapefruits (red ones)-its good for fat burning
eat fat less beef
