    What is your macronutrient ratio?

I'm just curious what approaches different people are using and how they are finding it's working.

So for those who wouldn't mind sharing,

    -what is your protein/carbs/fat ratio?
-how many total calories are you eating?
    -what is your goal?
    -what's your height/weight?

I shoot for 40/40/20 and base calories at 1200+ whatver I burned in that day's workout (so between 1200-1700) - according to fitday, last week I averaged 1597 calories at 43/37/18. I need to lose about 8 lbs although I don't care what the scale says because I would welcome 10 pounds of muscle but I know I have about 10 lbs of fat to lose still! I'm 5'4" and 125 right now.

    40% P / 30% F / 30% C
    ~2,500 calories
    Cutting
    5'9" & 210-215lbs

I think you should also be asking for our activity levels, because that plays a major part in our calorie needs...
