    Bodyweight programs?

    I dont have a gym-membership anymore and want to continue training (been training Reg Park 5x5 for about 2months) Can you guys recommend a bodyweight program that builds strength, endurance and size (not most important, strength is) the most effective?
    Would be cool if I got several suggestions

    I used to rely on bodyweight routines. I can't post links, so you will have to google, but good ones are the Startbodyweight (one word) routine and also the Reddit bodyweight fitness group recommended routine.
