    Kinda paing in my groins. Need some thoughts.

    Well the thing is that ive been working out my legs. Wights on my shoulders and up and down +someother exercises. After that, the other day im kinda having pain in my left nut.

    Possible injury and in case it is what should i do with res, doctor visit or work out?

    Ive been working out after i felt this and the feeling is the same no more nor less.

    are you doing squats...if your that worried see a doctor. stretch before squatting, do warm up sets, make sure your stance is not really wide, don't do weight you can't handle.

    Groin strain? hernia?

    One of the two probly groin strains are more or less obvios because you should be feeling pain in your groin area obviosly but it can be refered to your testicle since there on same nerve path.

    Im not sure but if the hernia is in your balls then there wont be much for a bump to determine if its a hernia.
