balancing strength in left arm/shoulder

i've started running food at a restaurant and i lift with my right all day(i will drop with left). my right is getting bigger than left. should i do some isolation exercises with my left to even things out? like maybe presses when i get home from work with only left? what ya guys think

Try to balance out your lifting, between arms, at the restaurant so that specialization work is not needed in the weight room.
