So i recently lost 30kg from the insanity workout and now i am trying to build some muscles.I have been hitting the gym for a month now i have seen an increase in muscle.Now i wanted to ask is there any way to loose this belly fat and gain muscle at the same time.If yes then should i increase the protein intake in my diet and keep taking the creatine and should i do cardio/insanity in the morning and hit the gym in the evening?
