His roommate told me that, right before going to sleep, my friend consumed nearly ten times the recommended dose of protein shakes, protein bars, vitamins, creatine, fish oil tablets, weight gain powder and amino acid tablets and a few illegal steroids.

I have a hard time believing this...I think you'd throw up 5 times before you consumed all of that ****. Why wouldn't he just take a bottle of asprin?

Why did he do it? It was an accident.
He wanted to look big. Simple as that.
He DID look big. I walked through the mall with him and women stared at him. He loved it. Couldn't get enough.
He thought, "If I take a lot of supplements, I'll look REALLY big and then all the girls will want me."
His girlfriend told me that he said, "I'm going to take my 'medicine," and hit the sack. I'll see you tomorrow."
His roommate went to get him out of bed and he was dead.

If this is true, clearly his intention was suicide. I personally would have whipped out the old Glock 9mm and ended it fast.....I'd feel bad for the ****ers who had to clean up the mess though.

That's sad. What he basically died of is overfeeding himself, it had nothing to do with roids. But I'm surprised that he didn't vomit it out, like someone else mentioned. And if he already was big, I'm surprised that he lacked the knowledge that overfeeding himself with supplements won't have any positive effect.

You can drink 10 protein shakes at the same time and you would just throw up...I know,I did it with a friend.
You can take 30 amino acid tabs without dying...I used to take 10 a night.
As far as protein bars go....the same as protein drink,,it's just a food..you will not die unless you eat like 80 of them.
Weight gain powder? Same as protein drink.
Illegal steroids...Very possible,but doubtful.
Stop making crap up...It's not very smart and this thread will likely be closed.

its possible that he injected an oil ( steroid) into a vain . that could kill him. or even air bubbles from the syringe can kill him.
its bull**** that he died because he " OD" on protein. after so much protein he would throw up.a skinny dude with abs is like a fat chick with big tits....
