I was too lazy to move the bb, after rowing, out of the power rack, so I left it there and later did my curls....i now understand why people curl in the powerrack....it's so muhc more convenient than having to pick the bar off the floor

I work out at home and I still take the bar out of the rack.
Wait a second, you work out at home too, so I guess it is okay.

At the facility i just joined, luckily there are about 3 Squat cages and a few power racks.
But if it was the ONLY rack at the gym, i'd let u have a good dose of my big ass mouth.

same way i do mine, heh. Cept a bit closer to parallel than vertical.
reasons
-don't have to row it from the floor initially
-i know if i have proper form; if the bar touches the catches i've got it, if it doesn't then i'm not fully extended or i've righted myself
-provides quick way if i have to re-adjust my grip

Is this like that dumbell thing when you couldn't figure out a way to get it off the floor?
JUST DEADLIFT IT [/B]
actually, the initially reason i did it was becuase my back kept lifting up (bobbing) and i wanted to minimize it, so by doing this if it doesn't touch the catches at the bottom i know i wasn't parallel, etc...
