Hey Guys,
I'm gonna start up bodybuilding but I have no idea where to start. I'm 62.5 kg and I'd like to gain maybe 10kg's of muscle all over and have a well defined six pack most of all.
I was hoping you guys could suggest what exercises I should do?

do a search on workouts,workout routines etc. best place to start is joining which you did now read read & read some more. diet,weights,sleep
