Reason I ask, is that I like to mix a couple days worth at a time in the blender, (because it does not mix well at all with just a spoon)
and that makes it much easier and convenient than having to swallow all that NOZ grit everyday.
Im really not positive on this, but i'v heard creatine converts to creatinine in around 10 minutes. Wether this is the right time or not, im pretty sure if you do a few days in advance, its going to turn to creatinine, so this isnt such a good idea.
I just read on teenbodybuilding.com that it will last a few hours, but not a few days. But it does not mention the role refrigeration plays in it. That is what's got me curious.
Ratmonkey: Where did you hear about it lasting for a month refrigerated?
theres a lot of conflicting views on it, ive heard hours, half hour, etc....... The best way to avoid all the confusion is just mix it when u need to drink it..............
