I no that foods high in protien are good foods to gain weight, beef is good etc. but what are some other foods that are high in protien and easy to make.

chicken, most kinds of fish, turkey, eggs, protein supplements, peanut butter, nuts (no homo), milk/diary-based products, cottage cheese, etc.
