    yeah eat oats. lots of oats. each bowl i have is at least 1k calories. i use a casarol dish most of the time lol. nuts, expecially almonds, whole wheat bread, chicken, raisons, cottage cheese, eggs, yogourt, natural peanut butter. all some examples of good food to eat while bulking.

    mt veggies are very lw in calries and some are ev consideredto be close to negative calories where the metabolic process of digetsing them uses more cals that you get back form the food.

    yea i wanted to gain weight but i wasnt focused enough to eat healty and now i'm 15bs heavier and trying to eat better before i get fat from eating too much bad foods.
