spend some time focusing on your pecs trying to flex each individually, its not something that'll come naturally, and keep ur arms at ur side but try to not squeeze with 'em, also u may happen to have a deformity like i do and only noticeably make one of the bounce lolAm venit, Am vazut, Am fost victor.
