Mixability 10/10- had no problem mixing in my shaker
Taste 7/10- tastes more like a pina colada drink but not bad at all
Effectiveness 8.5/10- 1 scoop with an added 100mg of caffeine, had great energy throughout my workout, never felt cracked out and pumps were much better than my average shoulder workout. I also felt a definite increase in focus and alertness

the only preworkout supp that has 1,3 dimeth that I can compare it to is 1.M.R. Jack3d seems to give a much smoother increase in energy compared to 1.M.R. I'll be taking only 1 scoop of jack3d so the tub will last me 45 workouts, but I'll be adding caffeine to the 50mg caffeine already in the scoop.
