Supplements to enhance appetite
Well this thread is for hardgainers like myself. I'm wondering if anybody tried any supplements to enhance appetite? I know 4 of them:
echinacea
spilanthes acmella
ginger root
digestive enzymes
If anybody can share their experience with any of these or any other, I would appreciate

Off the top of my head, Black Hole by Controlled Labs is said to work well. Look in to it bro.

what i used to use was plain kool aid powder. sounds wierd but it works.
p.s. just eat the powder by its self.

I think I'm gonna get me some of this Black Hole. Sounds right up my ally. Half the time I don't enjoy a meal like I should cause I'm not hungry enough yet.

I wish I had this problem. 
In addition to trying Black Hole, other ways to increase calories are:
Trading some of your carbs for fats - they are more calorie dense
Do a little cardio PWO - stimulates appetite
