    how to heal the pec

    I have noticed when i bench on my right pec it starts to hurt when i perform the bench press.. does this mean the muscle is some what going to tear soon? what can i do any ideas? any questions ask to make my statement more clear thanks

    same with DB... and im using good form too..
    Im never benching again lol incline press and dB press no more bench press lol BOB was right...

    Ima do really light weight and see if in a month or so on any pec movement if it wil still hurt or not.
