    Unhappy cottage cheese legs

    I lift weights 4 days a week and also do cardio on those same days, I have poor muscle tone and the hardest part to loose are my legs! what else can i do? In the past i took a stack that worked great, but started having heart palpitations, it was adipo-kinetix and thryro stack, is there something else that wont be dangerous to my health and will work just as good??
