deca lethargy??
just curious, does deca create a loss of energy, or a form of sleepiness?

Does it create a need for more sleep, like 9-13 hrs, by itself, no.
If you work harder while on aas, you might need more sleep sometimes.
Loss of energy, hell no. it might not make you feel all warm and cozy like some stuff, and there's no real overall sense of wellbeing or increased mood, but it doesn't make you lethargic by any means.
Your diet and sleep are what give you energy.

I dont know where the poster above me gets his info maybe it is right...But my personal experience with deca is lethargy....I feel like I have a loss of energy while Im on deca, and I feel like I have no ambition to do anything during the day, but when I workout on it I bury **** in the gym....Now I am running test and eq, and I feel awesome on this cycle as compared to my last one...This info is not from any medical books or articles or anything of the sort, it is just my personal experiecne that the deca makes me feel like ****...bottom line...good gains tho, and I toughed it out last cycle which was test and deca, and I got used to it and the cycle overall went well...Try to take some ginseng supps during the day, and drink coffee if need be...but i definatly feel ya on the deca lethargy thing...I wonder what others have to say about it...

I remember lethargy too. not too severe but definitely there. I also got brain fog more on deca than other stuff. I don't touch it now.

how long does the lethargy last? is it throughout the whole cycle or just in the beginning stages? and have anyone in here felt like they were coming down from some drugs while they were on a deca test cycle??? i'm real curious because a buddy of mine is going through this experience at the moment...

It always made me lethargic and anti-social to the point I would stop taking it by week 6-7.

You guys are weird. I don't think any juice could make me anti-social. Sleep more eat more. You'll have plenty of energy.
