Hi,
It's me again, a month ago I bought the new muscletech mass tech weight gainer (I know), and I used it all a couple of days ago and gained 8 pounds. Eating 5 times a day, drinking a gal. of water a day and a gal. of milk a day, working out 3 days a week and sleeping a lot.
8 pounds in a month, not bad and I know some of it is fat, but I wanted to gain weight and I did. Would I go buy another one, the answer is NO, because it's $40 for 10 servings.
