    So close to abs!!! SO CLOSE!!!

    Woo hoo!! Man, it's been a long road but I'm finally getting close to having those abs!! When I look in the mirror and flex my abs, you can pretty much start to see a vague outline of a 4 pac. It's true what they say about lower ab fat being the last thing to go. It's still there, but it'll be gone soon hopefully. I think I'm gonna start upping the cardio a little more than usual to help get this last little bit of fat off of me. Then I can bulk!! FINALLY!!! I'll finally get to eat! Haha

    Hmm I can see mine when flexed but i'm definately lower than 15% bf.

    I guess around 11-12% , mind you I've never really trained my abs.

    I guess people who worked their abs can see them faster than people who didn't.

    Probably around 14% you can see them flexed. I can still see my abs and I am pushing 11 or 12 now.

    The amount of lean muscle mass you have does make a difference. I should have stated that I was 225 @ 15% (spot self caliper testing) when I could see the top four abs without flexing.

    Yea, I got my "4 pak" too....

    Its annoying having that little extra fat and what not at the lower stomach area by the waistline.....

    I'm off for 2 weeks now due to a borderline hernia, I'm considering dieting while off, with a LOT of protein......

    My bf % is at about 12.5% and I can see a vague outline of my 4 pack, I can start to see some striations near my rib cage also, I weight about 193, so I figure I have about 15 more lbs.

    The last 25 lbs seems to be the largest hurdle but with the greatest results. I was 275 this time last year, bf at 30% plus. I am hoping that I can lose the last by in June and July. Slowly but surely.

    After an operation is not the time to diet. Put your physique goals to one side for now until you're better. Eat normally, and get better quicker.

    I've had a "4 pac" for probably a couple of months now. It seems like I am losing fat everywhere else besides my lower belly.

    Yea, that happens. Your body will seem to get picky about what fat to use as a fuel source.

    same, it's very frustrating waiting for that last layer of stomach fat to go. i have a decent amount on my lower stomach, when flexed you can see a 4 pack, but the bottom 2 abs are hidden completely

    When flexed and in the right lighting, i can see all 10 segments of mine, however unless i put on a solid 10-12 pounds of muscle mass, the loose skin will forever veil my lower abs
    Relaxed i can see the 6, thats including the ones on the ribs, or the insertion section anyways.

    I can see my top 4 ab's too without flexing, woop! But can't shift fat on the lower 2, any idea's? I do situps/leg raises etc and walk 3 times a week on threadmill, HIIT twice a week.

    Any tips?

    Ok, read it but not much help. Should I just keep to the cardio after workouts or up it a bit more?

    Well, people have a lot of fat to lose in most of these cases. Not to mention they're just not very intelligent if they think there's some magical wizardry needed to cut that "last bit of fat".

    Continue being in a caloric deficit and expect to be 150lbs.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
