This is weird, does this happen to anyone else?

I can almost squat as much as I can deadlift, and my 5RM for barbell rows is about 20 behind my 5RM for benching. Kind of weird, because I break parallel for squatting every time, and my row form has always been generally good.

Though for some reason these two exercises are right on the tail of their counterparts which allow more weight to be used.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

My rows are now actualy heavier than my bench! I think i'm either lagging behind strength wise in the chest of my form aint quite right. Also my squats and deads were the same when i started but as you develop your deads will overtake the squats.

My squat and deadlift are about equal, and my bench and row are about equal. Bench and row are about 100 lbs behind squat and deadlift.

Becuase most poeple I know who do all 4 (and thats not too many!) have much higher benches than rows, higher deadlifts than squats.

But it looks like my situation is somewhat normal, based on these responses here.

I also can't row as much as I bench. I can only barbell row 80% of the weight of what I can bench. Also I have a hard time getting stronger in pulling exercises and any bicep curl exercise.

Deadlift > Squat by about 20 pounds
Rows > Incline Bench by about 15 pounds
