    My new chest routine.

Okay, this is just for the chest. I will be working all 3 parts of the chest... Upper, Middle, and Lower. I will start it off with Barbell Flat-Bench. I will do 4 sets. Next I'll do DB Incline for 3 sets. And Finally, DB Decline for 3 sets. Next time I work my chest I will do, DB-Flat, BB Incline, and DB Decline. And the next time, I will do DB Flat, DB Incline, and BB incline. Does this sound like it will produce decent gains? I will be starting it on Monday, and will be performing it for 9 weeks.

High weight, low reps. I would add a fly type exercise as well.

Something to think about as well... do push-ups on one of those large exercise balls (with your feet on the ground and hands on the ball.) Do 3 sets of 10 to condition the ancillary muscles that go into building strength around the chest.

I forgot to mention the fly's lol. And yeah, I used to do those. My trainer used to have me do 2 sets, with one ball that is smaller than the other, and on the second set, I would switch side.
