What is a good diet to follow for a few weeks?
I want to lose 50 pounds ... for the past 2 months I've been eating subway salads and tuna sandwiches on wheat bread.... off and on... no greasy/fried foods... and eating in portions
but I dont think my eating is helping my weight loss.. I'm exercising as well, but I dont see any changes....
Does anyone have a good meal plan to follow for the next few weeks...
or a good diet to get on?
