Lowdown5's Making A BB.Com Comeback!!
Hi All!
Well, I checked out for a bit to take care of some personal stuff, yada yada! Made some changes and now I am coming back to post, get help, give help (and crap) if needed, make people laugh, piss some folks off (it happens), but my main objective is to make myself better. Don't know what kind of welcome back I will get, hope it's good, but if not, sh*t happens!
I am going to start a cycle of HST on Monday, will post what's going on. If you want to read it, great. If not, again, sh*t happens.
Talk to ya all soon!

Well I finished my week of figuring out my 5/10/15 rep maxes, now it's 9 days off for strategic deconditioning (fancy speak for chillin out, being lazy) I am gonna do 5 days of cardio on my off week, and then on the 28th start crushing it in the gym. I am reading the Lifestyle Diet that was posted here, it sounds like it will be good for what I am trying to do. Well, gotta spend some time reading, talk to ya all soon!!

wow I read up on HST
pretty complicated sheeet lol
good luck bro I hope it fits your needs.
I have took 8 weeks to get my diet in check and the only "workout" I have been doing is counting steps with a pedometer.
I have a program I designed myself almost all Barbell work aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh I hate them so its a challenge.
Before I go there though I have some other things I am adding.
On monday I will start walking 1 mile with a dvd I bought called walk a way the lbs lol
its a bunch of light arobic walking moves lol
and a fitness test and 1 hour of playing the Wii it has active games and a fitness age test lol
I said this time I am going to be all about having fun I am going to try crazy classes at the Y and stuff lol have fun and bust the gut I will be following your log though you know this man.

I think it all comes down to doing what works for you, diet and training wise. You have to enjoy what you are doing or you won't do it. It is all really simple in that respect.

I don't want to take the week off from the weights, but Bryan Haycock who wrote the plan says it is a must, and you know that I always do what I am told!!
