Do you guys think im Overtraining??
Hey guys, im new to this message board but i've been working out for acouple years now, i've been hearing alot about overtraining the past couple of weeks and i was just wondering that you guys think, my split goes:
Sun- Chest
Mon- Bi's
Tue-Off
Wed-Tri's
Thur-Shoulders
Fri-Back/Legs
Sat-Off
i do give or take 20 sets for each body part with 10 reps per set, and 30 mins of cardio everyday besides when i do legs do you guys believe im overtraining or am i just worrying myself over nothing??
