    lol, started of with ...abs cuz thats the order they were saved in (alphabetical?) ,
    lean, yea very....can't seem to gain much >.>

    wheels as in legs? didn't take any pics of legs...cuz..errrm....there pretty hairy lol, and didn't wana post em on net >.>

    oh and btw i was 120 lbs when i started (SKINNNY ****), gained about 30ish lbs

    you look pretty good man, but u definately gotta bulk. do you work your abs at all? i know you can easily see them but theres almost no seperation at all in them.

    yea i work my abs every night 11:30 when 70's show is on...sit ups while watching , good stuff. but ye, i don have any seperation, dono why, maybe it'll come later on.

    Good stuff, you obviously work hard. You're about the same height and weight as I was when I started bulking- gain 1 stone of muscle and you'll be doing great (mainly because that's what I did.)
