my progress
everybody keeps telling me ive gotten bigger, barely can notice it myself. but after i took these shots today, i was like dam, i have gotten bigger! 
the first one is a before shot, with a gay pose. i know, you dont have to ****in tell me. i didnt know id pulled my shorts down off my ass like that when i took it
and the 2nd ones are ones i took like 20minutes ago

Great progress but...
surely you do't weigh 150lbs anymore??? My chest is hardly visible and im 170lbs.. and don't exactly have a big amount of bodyfat.

2 reasons that u could look that big but only weigh 150 could be lighter bones. i have a friend who looks alot skinnier than me but im stuck at 150 and he weighs 162. his doctor says he has heavier bones than normal. also. lower body weight contributes alot. skinny legs will make a person who looks big up top weigh less than they seem to weigh

In the newer pics you look more defined and your pecs look better as well. I'd say your arms are bigger but it's kind of hard to tell in the newer pictures.
