I'm in my cutting phase, and I'm around 12% body fat I think. I'm 15, 5'9 and currently 135 pounds. How long do you think it'll take me to lose what I need to get ripped? Or just tell me how long it take you guys to lose weight would be helpful also.

I'd listen to the others man. 5'9'' and 135, sorry there man thats pretty small. My little brother is 5'8'' and 155+ and wants to bulk like crazy. And don't forget a max bench is usually the sign of your cns response to the lift. Not a correlation to your muscle size. I'd say take the summer and bulk like crazy. Then take the fall and cut. So you will be much larger for next year. And no wrestling is not gay. I don't do it myself but those guys who do are good athletes, and I'm not talking wwf....

yeah IF he was a bodybuilder...quote hes a wrestler...he needs to cut off the 15 to about 7-9 then gain then just powerlift so he dont gain too much mass

no one answered my question in the first place.. I have already decided to cut, I've been running in the morning for a month now, and I'm going to bulk when I'm done with cutting. If I bulked now, I would probably end up with 20% body fat, and that would be really hard to get off, that's why I'm cutting now.

hey man... I was a wrestler and I know what youre talking about... your best bet is to do what you said: cut til youre happy with what youve got, then try to bulk moderately... consume mostly protein and make sure u hit the gym... when the season comes around just do cardio cardio cardio
I had to wait til my career was over to start bulking... and in less than 2 months I put on over 20 good lbs... so your size will be there waiting for you once wrestlings over... just be patient......iNTeNSiTY...
