Bodypart Split or keep doing Upper/lower split?

Ok so I've been lifting for 5 months now and have made some good gains. First 3 months I did Fullbody workouts and the last 2 months I've been doing an Upper/lower split and have been enjoying the gains but I was wondering if I should move onto a muscle group split, like this one:

Day 1: Neck, Shoulders, Traps
Day 2: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Day 3: Biceps, Back, Lats
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Cardio

or should I just keep doing the upper/lower split for a little while longer?

cheers in advance!

Wanna keep gaining? Head back to the full body.

I dont think you have a underdevloped lats or weak lower chest, so I dont see the need for a split.

I see the need for mass. Eat more and get back onto full body, or a good upper/lower at the least.

What exactly are you doing now?

x2

I hate it when people go into splits when they have little/no mass and can barely dl, squat, bp.
