ppl who have lipo 6...
hey is it meant to have a bit of liquid in the caps with the powder? just want to make sure it is meant to and its not expired or something (im sure it wouldnt be just curious)> And yes I have checked the expiry but it just has 01/10, which could be 2008 or 1997 for all I know.

I took Lipo 6 about a year and a few month ago. I got the liquid caps, AND YES there is liquid and power in it. They seperate. So shake it up or just take them, whatever...
