New addition to the Family
Well I did not think it would happen but I am going to get another dog. She is a full blood German Shorthair Pointer with great bloodlines. She is 6 months old and has already started her training program. She will be a very welcome addition to the family.

Beautiful, good luck with her. I wish her great health. My family is getting a golden retriever pretty soon, our old (13.5 yrs) dog recently died. Now we need to get a puppy so that our younger dog (3.5 yrs) has someone to play with.

I am sorry for your loss. I know the feeling as I lost one of the greatest bird dogs ever about two years ago. I have not owned one since. I do have other dogs. I have 2 Catahoula Leopard Dogs, and one minnie dachund. We have a house full. My two Catahoula dogs are both hog dogs and love to hunt.
Good luck on the new pup that you get.

Thanks; we'll be happy if she's 1/2 as good as the late Genevieve. Hunting dogs are the best dogs to have, in my experience with dogs.
