Question Adequate rest between leg and back day?

I do stiff-leg deads on leg day which is tuesday. I rest on wednesday. I want to start doing regular deads on back day which is thursday. Is that adequate rest between the two styles of deads?

Ya that is something I was thinking about as I was designing my next workout routine. Plus with reg dead's you work your quads alot, so would they be recovered from your squating earlier in the week???

Legs 5days after my back workout, to recover hams, but mostly lower back, and my spinal erecti were the factor in back squatting

My leg day is thursday. I recently shifted my back day from tuesday to monday for this very reason - I felt my legs needed the extra recovery time for thursday's workout.

Not just the quads getting hit on deadlifts, but also calfs getting hit hard with shrugs

So...do you guys think 48hrs is enough rest between leg and back day?

For me it isn't. For you it might be, might be not...why not re-arrange your split to be on the safe side?
