how can i put on muscle fast

i want to gain some musce fast. i know it will take some time to really gain alot but i don't want it to take longer than it should just because idon't know what i'm doing. any suggestions on traing methods?

I hate to say this but there is no way of putting on muscle fast your just gonna have to train hard, eat alot, and rest alot. And take some supplement.

DON'T try that. Don't even think about it. The real answer is time. You can't get big fast. There isn't an overnight solution and anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. You have to figure out your basal metabolic rate and then up your caloric intake accordingly. You need sufficient carbohydrates to replace glycogen stores in your muscles, or in other words energy. You need roughly 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight to iniate repair and regrowth of muscle tissue. You need lots of fruits and vegtables for your vitamins and minerals as well. Drink loads of water too. After this is sorted out you have to put together a solid training routine. Don't get fancy. Stick to the basics. You must rest a lot and on top of all of this YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTANT. You can't eat right and train hard one day and then slack off the next and think that you'll pick up tomorrow. Everyday is a challenge with building up your body.
