i'm going ta start lifting soon and i was wondering what some basic arm exercises are. i know a few but what ones are really good.
i have some barbells but they are a pain and they seem to hurt my arm some times.

there are:
barbell curls
ez bar curls
alternating db curls
hammer curls
reverse curls
cable curls
for tris
tricept extension
close grip bench
cable tricept extension
kick backs
skull crushers
that is all that I now.formally known as Massive14. But some weird stuff happened now I am just plain simple liftin14.

Sitting Alternate Curls.3 Sets.10 Reps.
