Do these *******s think this strength is relevant in real life or has any benefits whatsoever? Most of these guys look like a bag of dog chit, and would get their asses handed to them in any altercation. I just, dont get it.

Had abs for like 3 weeks and just felt small, embrace the harsh reality that is if you want abs and wanna look like you lift cell tech has to be in the cards. I'd take my 6 plate deadlift over my six pack 9 times out of 10.

BTW op you look small as fukk in your avi and I bet my left nut the moment you toss a tee on you look just as big as your boy jim who hasn't touched a dumbbell in his life.
