Maybe
What would your exact ratios be? For ****s and giggles I'll guess 45F/50P/5C..
Skyline, why would it only knock him out if he were in a hypocaloric state? Rules not apply for caloric excess? There are 2 sources of Omega-3 (see Plant v Fish) and they are not equal. Fish source Omega-3 such as Cod Liver Oil is deemed to be more effective as it can be used more readily by the body, while plant omega-3 produce estrogens which eventually makes you gay.

More protein doesn't equal more muscle.
My advice is as follows, raise your carbs up to around 100g a day (from natural sources ex. veggies), assure that your getting one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, adjust fat accordingly. There are 2 sources of Omega-3 (see Plant v Fish) and they are not equal. alright, i think the word ketosis has been thrown around a bit too much...
Ketosis merely refers to the production of ketone bodies via fat metabolism for energy. Let's say you're eating 500kcal from protein and 500kcal from carbs which adds up to total of 1000kcal. Yet, if your total calorie expenditure is 2000kcal which means the other 1000kcal will have to come from either protein (muscle) or fat (adipose tissue) stored in your body or dietary fat intake from the day. This is where ketogenic approaches shine. If your body is adapted to ketosis and efficient at using fat over protein or carbs, your body will use dietary or stored fat to fill up the most of the needed 1000kcal. In another words, even if you eat carbs or have higher intake of dietary protein against fat, you body can still undergo ketosis to produce ketone bodies.
