    drinking once a week on a saturday while taking 1 ad

    is drinking once a week on a saturday while taking 1 ad going to be that bad?

    I know its not good, but is it going to ruin everything?

    I had the same Q....

    I was wondering the same thing while doing M1T....I know NOT to drink while on it, I mean like on my mid-PCT with 6-oxo. I still struggle with whether I should or not....but I havent yet. I think drinking while cycling 1-AD wouldnt be as bad but I dont really know.

    having an occasional weekend drink will not cause any sort of drastic reduction in gains. however, do not binge drink!

    I think it all depends on you. Everyone is different therefor the effects would vary from person to person. You may go out saturday and every saturday after and get hammered and not hinder your gains. But Me or someone else could do the same and have terrible gains and possible side effects.
