When ever doing sprints after my lift I always puke, its always after the very first or second sprint. Of course if I dont push myself I dont puke. But I push myself. After I puke I can keep going for many more sets of whatever sprints Im doing. Im wondering why I always puke early and can keep going, and why do people puke when working hard in the first place?

puking is just your body telling you that you are giving it all that it feels you physically do. just continue to push past it. or you could have something legitimitally wrong. hope it gets better
