    Cals and proten intake per-day..?

    I get anywhere from 3800-4400 Good cals a day. and my protein intake per day is around 300-400...is that right? im currently bulking

    There is no such thing as "good cals". There are just cals. Doesn't matter if it comes from oats or table sugar, provided you have your protein and fat intake straightened out.

    How many you take in, above maintenance levels, is your choice. If you are significantly above, as 4000+ is likely to be, expect significant fat gain with your muscle gain.

    Your calories seem high, but if your active and have a fast metabolism you might be alright. Your protien is high. Your body can only use about 2 grams per kilogram of lean bodyweight. Get most of your calories from complex carbs and get plenty of fiber.

    hey, what is your weight gain like eating that many calories?
