5/18/04 (Chest/Triceps)
Bench 135(10), 190(6, 6, 6) PR (5lbs)
Incline DB Bench 75s(6, 3) PR (5lbs)
LF Dips 55(6, 4) PR (10lbs)
CG Bench 160(6, 6) PR (5lbs)
Skullcrushers 85(6, 6) PR (2reps)
Grade: A
Notes:
I think I did ok today , got a PR in every workout! My bench is going nuts... I'm hoping to put up 245lbs for max in 2 weeks. That would be a 30lbs increase in about 1 month! On my second set of incline bench I think I died or something, I dunno, it's all good though. Dips were VERY tough, CG bench felt good. Skullcrushers also felt very good.

Second posted workout and you're already setting PRs like crazy

What is your primary goal? Size? Strength? little bit of both?
Either way, love the down to basics approach with the routine.

5/20/04 (UpperBack/Biceps)
Pullups bw(6), 20(6, 6, 4) PR (5lbs)
Chins 20(5, 4)
BB Rows 70(10), 140(6, 6) PR (5lbs)
EZ Bar Curls 80(5, 3)
Hammer Curls 35s(4, 3)
This was a good workout, I upped the weight in all the lifts 5lbs, but I only count PRs if I get atleast 1 full set of 6 reps. I was kind of mad at some of the sets I only got 3 reps with since my rep range is supposed to be 4-6 but it's all good. Still a great workout .

Nice job dude! Repping out 20 on the pullups is sweet! Your almost at the 25 lb plate! Nice curls and rows too, dont worry about being a rep or two too low, won't hurt ya any.
