Estimate my Body Fat? Reps for all :)
hi All,
been cutting for just over a year now, and have gone from 411.4 to, 235. As caliper tests wont be accurate due to my excess skin, scales suck (BIA) and theres no hydrostatics here,
I was hoping you could estimate my bodyfat?, I've used a Tape method calculator, which used alot of measurements, hips, wrist, forearms, waist, which gave me 20.5%, how accurate is this? what do you estimate?

wow, crazy weight loss man. That's awesome. Skin is pretty elastic, so within the year it should be firming back up. The tape measure tests I have found to be pretty innacurate, some have told me as high as 18, when caliper said 6-7. I would put you somewhere just above 20. say 22 or 23 maybe? I'm not the best judge, but the tape measure things aren't either. Once again congrats man. That's amazing

WOW! The progress you've made is amazing. I think most of the "fat" is loose skin, but if you keep at it, you'll look great once the stuff tightens up.

awesome
I'd say 25%, but who cares. Your discipline and dedication to make such a tremendous change is what counts! Now that you know you can do it, it will be easier to maintain. Great job!!

holy **** man. great job. In your "fat pic" you look like u are in your 40's. Funny how fat does that. But about your BF %, it is still quite high which is a good thing considering you actually could end up with less loose skin. Im guessing when you grab your love handles and lower stomach there is a pocket of fat there? That is why it looks like you have so much loose skin. Your body burnt the fat off in the other places creating "pocket fat" which so many confuse for loose skin. This is giving the look of loose skin when in fact its just your skin clinging to the unevenly distributed fat, but once its gone it will pull towards your muslce.
Yes you will have some loose skin but dropping in the single digits will help that out. You have a done a great job. You have just saved your life. My advice for you would be to lift heavy weights, less cardio and increase your protein intake. Slow the weight loss down to 1lb a week. Make sure your lifts stay the same or increase. I could go on and on but you are doing something right..haha
Either way....outstanding.

Congrats on losing all the weight mate! I must say you look very different compared to your orginal picture @ 385lb (in a good way of course!). I'm guessing your BF is around 22 - 24%.
Keep up the good work man!
