There is no such answer to this question. Opinions will vary. Look for "Creapure" and that will tell you it's quality. I've always been partial to AST's HSC, for what ever it's worth.Originally posted by Jim Mory

remember to try not to look for the "cheapest" stuff out there. ast sport science has in my opinion the best on the market with the creatine hsc

seriously, I've used many creatines in the past. They all work the same for me (same weight gain). Just go for the best "bang for the buck"
