What supplements help with muscle fatigue?

I cant search for anything write now and figured I could get some opinions. Our football workouts are 2 hours consisting of agilities/speed drills, weights, and conditioning. By the end, I can just feel the fatigue in my muscles. I was wondering if any supplement will help with this, or if I'll just need to wait until I get back into enough shape. Any opinions appreciated, thanks.

Beta Alanine (bulk), Citrulline Malate, and Millenium Sports Cordygen5 might be worth looking into. After my log on it, I concluded that it would be good for high-endurance activities. You may want to read some logs on it.
    I remember being relevant.

Sounds like Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine are popular enough--must be effective.

TinyMan, is your log on the Cordygen5? If so, how do I find your log on it?

    Thanks to all who replied.

I consider myself to have good pre/post workout nutrition. Water isnt a problem either. Just looking for something to get me through the entire 2 hour workout. But again, thanks for all the replies/ideas/suggestions. I'll be looking into them.

    2 Hours?

I take bulk Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate and add it to my pre w/o drink.

Your workouts always last 2 hours? Maybe that's with cardio?

Intra-workout nutrition (carbs, BCAA's) will be helpful if the majority of the 2 hours is spent in exercise and not standing around (think cyclists and runners).

Decapolis, to answer your question: Yes the workouts are all two hours long, four days a week. First fifteen minutes are agility/speed drills. Workouts aren't a breeze either. Usually each day has two power lifts (bench and clean, squat and pushpress, incline and snatch etc), along with about 6 more auxillary lifts. After that, its running (today was 8 100 yard sprints. It was first day haha).

TinyMan, is your log on the Cordygen5? If so, how do I find your log on it?

    Thanks to all who replied.
Yes, Cordygen5 was one of the logs I've run, Read the log here, or just the final review. Personally, I'd probably find the final review more useful .

There have been a number of C5 logs, but with search down (at least, I think it's still down) you may not be able to find much until it comes back up. IMO, it is Millenium Sport's most interesting product.

Citrulline Malate is probably one of the most underrated supplements currently. Read more on it in Citrulline Malate, the next big thing?, and also beta-alanine in Beta-alanine & L-histidine: the muscle burning firefighters. Joey Rodriguez (J-Rod) is the owner of MAN Sports - the first to bring in carnosine and high-dosage citrulline. His articles are ones of only a few worth reading.
    I remember being relevant.
