Well guys and gals I've been slacking for a couple weeks due to alot of factors, I'm not going to make excuses though. So I decided to join CEL's Fat Buster summer competition. Its a 30 day competition to see who can lose the most fat. I just posted up the start of my log and I hope to show the rest of the boards the power of cutting with keto. If I can survive it I may try to go all 4 weeks with no carb up or only 1 short carb up for the 4 week period. This is just what I needed to stop slacking and motivate myself to be spot on with my nutrition. Heres a link to my log if anyone wants to follow I'd be happy to have you along for the journey.

Do it for YOU, not for us (though we will be proud of you). I know this sounds cheesy, but most people succeed and don't regreess when the motivation is internal vs. external

I am definitely motivated to make a lasting change for myself. I'm tired of being fat. I've honestly had a hard time keeping motivated because of having lost alot of weight and having lose skin. It makes it very hard for me to be able to tell results. Its been a very hard thing to live with mentally. To know you can bust your hump and lose all the weight then be stuck with something you cant do anything about is very depressing.
