    My carb cycling diet... critique plz

    Im 140, 14 years old, kinda fat... 5'8... and cutting. I want to get fairly lean by the end of the school year/mid summer vacation. I don't know my bf%. I just stalled out on weihgt loss last week and I think carb cycling is just what i need.

    Day-Type-Training

    Mon-Low-Upper
    Tu---High-Lower
    Wed-No--cardio
    Th-Low-Upper
    Fri---High-Lower
    Sat-No--cardio
    Sun-Low-cardio

    Heres the exact stuff:

    Meal 5 is pre workout
    6 is post
    7 is 30 minutes post
