    Smile Best beginner competition

    Hey guys

    I live in Newcastle in the UK and I'm really keen to enter a beginners bikini fitness comp in 2016. I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations on which the best competitions are and if there were any good northern comps that would be suitable?
