lipo 6 and Green B at same time?

hi I have these two supplements, I have been using a cheap creatine (didnt see results)but been off for the past few weeks while these arrives.
Basically I have an event (2 week firefighting training) in 7 weeks time. I want to be as strong as poss for this, have been training well for a while..
I have the lipo 6 because I am sick of my bf % (about 23%) and really want to work hard and get fat down!
Can I use them both or will they effect each other?

You can use both together - i don't see a problem with it.

The main thing to focus on to get BF% down is diet and cardio exercise though, I'm not a big advocate of fat-burners.

I do agree with the cardio and diet but why not fat burners

yeh def doing a lot on the cardio and diet, really if anything Im using the fat burners as a pyshological placebo. Have found in past I seem to work out better because I feel "wil make the supplements work better.." whatever works huh

Just a personal preference is all.

I beleive there are other ways of stimulating fat loss other than large amounts of caffeine and/or stims.

you can take lipo 6 and green bulge at the same time.

i would NOT take these 2 at the same time. I am on lipo-6 now and you shouldn't be taking yohimbe hcl with diffferent types of creatine products.

Take a protein shake and 2 lipo pills and do cardio for 30 min first thing in the morning and you will lose the weight you want. I have lost 12 pounds and i was already lean and its only been a month.
