if you don't mind a suggestion, the edges around the bodybuilder are jagged, that betrays the fact that it was pasted.
there are two methods i use to get rid of the jaggys.

you can use the softening brush around the edges, that will fade it pretty nicely.
or you can make a duplicate of the image, then blur one image and then place the unblurred image over it, then use the eraser tool to erase the jagged edges which will allow the edges of the blurred image to show through.
